If your order arrives damaged, or spoiled, or in an unsatisfactory condition due to transit please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with: Your order number, and
clear photos of the product and packaging.
We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

Orders are freshly prepared and dispatched within 2 hours, with standard delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24.
Order before 12pm (Mon–Fri) for same-day dispatch. After 12pm → next working day dispatch.
